Art Leasing
The right artwork can enhance and create atmosphere to a space simply through its presence. We lease artwork to residential homes, apartments and commercial premises as well as shorter term leasing for home staging or events.
We are able to meet with you to discuss your requirements and determine the type of artwork that would suit each space with consideration to surrounding elements and personal taste. We can advise location for hanging and types of hanging systems available. We deliver and pick up selected artworks as`part of our fee.
There is a minimum initial charge of three months lease fee and most works we have cost approximately $10 - $12 + GST per week for each piece. There is an option to purchase most pieces and opportunity to swap works at certain intervals.
